Gustavo “Goose” Munoz, 23, is an engineer, sound designer, social media specialist, and studio manager from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Goose started his career in the industry with a home studio in Puerto Rico where he recorded local artists. After moving to Orlando, FL in 2011 to pursue his Recording Arts education at Full Sail University, Goose began recording his fellow students out of a home recording set up in his apartment and continued to mix projects from Puerto Rican artists back home. In 2014, while pursuing his second degree in Music Business, Goose began interning at Studio 18 and quickly rose through the ranks as a trusted member of the team. Due to his hard work and diligence, Goose became an official Studio 18 staff member in 2015 and recently was promoted to Session Manager.
Ignacio Scannone, 21, is an engineer and producer from Caracas, Venezuela. Ignacio grew up in Ocala, Florida and joined Studio 18 in 2013 as an intern when the current facility was still being built. A fair percentage of the custom soundproofing, furniture, and even walls of the studio contain Ignacio’s sweat (and tears). After construction was completed on the studio, Ignacio began training as an engineer under owner and experienced sound technician Connor Smith. An avid fan of high-level underground production, Ignacio began creating his own electronically-produced music in 2014 and has quickly grown to be a sought-after producer in Central Florida. Collaborating with local heroes and Studio 18 affiliates Swamp Posse on a number of upcoming releases, Ignacio is quickly carving a distinct, unique sound and dedicated fan base of hip-hop fans throughout Florida and the southeastern United States.
